Little Collaborations

„Little Collaborations“ entsteht aus spontanen Eingriffen, übrig gebliebenen Materialien und noch offenen Bildideen. Maria und Eckhard greifen die Arbeit des anderen auf und führen sie im spielerischen Wechsel weiter.
In den beiden gezeigten Arbeiten wurden unfertige Gemälde auf Leinwand mit Restmaterialien aus anderen Projekten verbunden.
Objekte und Durchstoßungen erweitern die Bildfläche in den Raum. Aus der flachen Leinwand wird ein Bildobjekt.
„Little Collaborations“ grows from spontaneous interventions, leftover materials and unfinished pictorial ideas. Maria and Eckhard take up each other’s work and develop it through a playful exchange.
In the two works shown, unfinished paintings on canvas were combined with materials left over from other projects.
Objects and perforations extend the pictorial surface into space, turning the flat canvas into a picture-object.
„Little Collaborations“ powstaje ze spontanicznych ingerencji, pozostałych materiałów i niedokończonych pomysłów obrazowych. Maria i Eckhard podejmują wzajemnie swoje prace i rozwijają je w swobodnej wymianie.
W dwóch prezentowanych pracach niedokończone obrazy na płótnie połączono z materiałami pozostałymi z innych projektów.
Obiekty i przebicia rozszerzają powierzchnię obrazu w przestrzeń. Płaskie płótno staje się obiektem obrazowym.
